"Decent ride, got me there safely"
I used SuperShuttle last week and it was a smooth experience overall. The driver was polite and definitely knew what he was doing, and I got to my destination safely and on time. He did seem a little rushed and wasn’t super chatty, but he wasn’t rude or anything. Not the warmest ride ever, but it did the job and I appreciated that it was straightforward...

"Pretty good deal, I think"
The price was better than I thought it would be, so I was kind of wondering if there’d be some catch. But booking was easy, the ride showed up on time, and I got to the airport without any issues. Maybe I’m just used to overpaying, but for what I paid, it felt like a really solid deal.

I really liked how I got texts and emails right away, not 20 minutes later when it wouldn’t matter. I used SuperShuttle for an early morning airport drop-off and it was smooth. The driver showed up right when they were supposed to, which was a relief because I was already half-awake and clutching a coffee like it was life support. The ride was easy, nothing fancy, just calm and on time. I got to the airport with enough time to get through security and even grab a bagel before my flight. Definitely appreciated not having to worry about being late.

"Felt safe enough, but the driver was a bit rushed"
The seatbelts worked and I mostly felt safe during the ride, but the driving felt kind of rushed. I also didn’t love the way the driver spoke to me at times, it came off a little like I was being talked down to, which made the whole experience less comfortable.

The driver did show up, but he was about 15 minutes late, so I was actually getting a little nervous standing outside waiting. Once we got going, the ride itself was fine. Nothing terrible happened, but it wasn’t exactly great either. I’d maybe use them again, but only if I had some extra time and wasn’t in a rush.

I booked a ride with SuperShuttle, and the final charge was pretty much exactly what they told me upfront. You always kind of worry there’ll be some random extra fee added later, but that didn’t happen here. It was simple, straightforward, and refreshing.

"Comfortable ride after a late flight"
I used SuperShuttle after landing late, and my gut feeling right away was that I’d made a decent choice. The van was clean, quiet, and more comfortable than I expected after a long flight.

The seats had enough room, so I didn’t feel crammed in, even with my suitcase down by my feet. The ride was smooth, and the AC worked well, which mattered a lot because I was tired and just wanted to cool off and get home.
